The founder and principal of Varus is Kevin Connor, a former partner of Squire Sanders with over 25 years of experience as a lawyer, Managing Partner, Regional Managing Partner and European Practice Group Leader.

Mr. Connor has worked in Europe and the Middle East leading, managing and building legal offices and teams. His legacy attorneys are some of the most dynamic and successful attorneys in their home markets. Mr. Connor is bringing his skills in law firm management, affiliations, business development, partnership structures, and succession to small and medium-sized law firms so that they can achieve their goals whatever they may be – growth, affiliation, legacy.

Mr. Connor is widely known for developing and leading the Bratislava, Warsaw and Budapest offices. He also served for many years as the European Energy Practice Leader, Managing Partner of the Riyadh office and Coordinating Partner for the Middle East.
